Check if your rooms are set up correctly

Once your rooms are synchronized, make sure the permissions are set up correctly, i.e. the service user is authorized to Full Access, i.e. to read, write, edit and delete entries.

This step is crucial to make sure MeetingRoomApp is working correctly.

Click on VALIDATE PERMISSIONS and check permissions with rooms where the permission status indicator is not green.

โš  In Office 365 it may take a while to synchronize permissions and there may be discrepancies in status indication for a few hours. If the Exchange permission

is set up correctly, try to validate permissions again in 24 hours.

If you face an issue on your device (Error 404), it may seem that your room resource doesn't have full access permissions (the "dots" are red).
