Activate Your Subscription (Non-EU Customers)

More flexibility to the management of your active subscription for Non-EU Customers

To activate a subscription:

  1. Log in to https://login.meetingroomapp.com/.

  2. Click on Licenses / Subscription.

  3. Click on Upgrade plan.

  4. Select a number of licenses.

  5. Click on Next.

  6. Fill out a contact information.

  7. Click on Next.

  8. Select a payment option.

  9. Fill out a required information.

  10. Click on Pay.

Important information when you finish upgrading your plan:

  • Charges are likely to appear as FS *meetingroomapp on your bill.

  • We’ll send you the Billing Estimate notification 1 week before the next payment/next billing date.

  • You’ll receive the invoice and order confirmation by email.

  • You’ll be able to access your subscription management in our web console after you sign in to your MeetingRoomApp account.
