Activate Your Subscription (EU Customers)

More flexibility to the management of your active subscription for EU Customers

  1. Log in to https://login.meetingroomapp.com/.

  2. Click on Licenses / Subscription.

  3. Click on Upgrade plan.

  4. Select a subscription period (monthly or annually) and a number of licenses.

  5. Click on Next.

  6. Fill out contact information.

  7. Click on Next.

  8. Fill out a billing address.

  9. Fill out a credit card details.

  10. Click on Subscribe.

    Important information when you finish upgrading your plan:

    • Charges are likely to appear as meetingroomapp on your bill.

    • We’ll send you the Billing Estimate notification 2 weeks before the next payment/next billing date.

    • You’ll receive the invoice and order confirmation by email.

    • You’ll be able to access your subscription management in our web console after you sign in to your MeetingRoomApp account.
