In case device try to sync from different IP, device will reset its self. Enter always your primary and secondary internet connections to prevent reset your room displays.
Enable the IP Allowlist
Log in to https://login.meetingroomapp.com/.
Click on IP Allowlist on the left.
Click on + Add IP.
Enter your IPv4 or IPv6 and IP address description and click on Save.
Check (test) current IP
Log in to https://login.meetingroomapp.com/.
Click on IP allowlist on the left.
Click on Test current IP.
Delete an IP
Log in to https://login.meetingroomapp.com/.
Click on IP Allowlist on the left.
Select an IP.
Click on Delete.
