Prepare your Microsoft 365 service account for integration with MeetingRoomApp

This article will help you create new Microsoft 365 service account. This step is strongly recommended for integration.

Log in to your admin account, go to Microsoft 365 admin center

at https://admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/Home#/homepage

  1. Click on Add a user

  2. Fill in Display name

  3. Fill in Username to create email

  4. Choose from password options โš  Remember your password

  5. Click on Next

  6. Assign your new service account with Microsoft Exchange Online license at least

  7. Click on Next

  8. Click on Roles

  9. Select User (no admin center access)

  10. Click on Next

  11. Click on Finish adding
