We recommend that you schedule meetings in room resource calendars. Room resource calendars offer multiple benefits:

Assigning users as resource delegates
Integration steps:
Create Room Resources in Exchange admin center.
Add Room resources to the Room List.
Create a Service Account, e.g. meetingroomapp@domain.com.
Assign your service account with full access permission to your room resources.
Connect Service Account with MeetingRoomApp.
