Creating a Service Account (Integration with Google Workspace)

The service account will be responsible for bookings and the booking invitations will appear in the primary calendar.

To create a service account:

  1. Log in to your admin account and go to Google Admin at admin.google.com, then select Users.

  2. Add a new User (meetingroomapp@domain.com).
    ​
    ​

  3. This account will be used to impersonate users. That means any new events created in MeetingRoomApp will be organized by the MeetingRoomApp user.
