MeetingRoomApp

 Intune Company Portal app will allow to perform the following actions:

Configure security policy for mobile devices

Help protect your data with remote wipe, lock or passcode reset

- Deploy software to mobile devices
- Enable access to company resources

Go to <a href="https://endpoint.microsoft.com/#home" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Endpoint Manager Portal</a>

Click on Launch Google to connect now

You will be redirected to the Google Play

1. Go to <a href="https://endpoint.microsoft.com/#home" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Endpoint Manager Portal</a>
2. Click Devices 
3. Click on Android
4. Click on Android enrollment
5. Select Managed Google Play
6. Check agreement
7. Click on Launch Google to connect now 
 
 
8. You will be redirected to the Google Play
9. Log in with Google Play account
10. Click on Begin
11. Continue with the requested steps

To install Microsoft Intune on android:

First, open the Google Play on your Android device and search for the Intune Company Portal.

Once you have found the app, tap on the "Install" button to download and install it on your device.

After the app has been installed, open it and sign in with your Microsoft account.

Once you are signed in, you will be asked to enroll your device in Microsoft Intune. Tap on the "Enroll" button to continue.

Next, you will be asked to enter your corporate email address. Enter the email address provided by your organization and tap on the "Sign in" button.

You will then be prompted to enter your corporate password. Enter your password and tap on the "Sign in" button to continue.

After you have successfully signed in, you will be asked to accept the terms and conditions for using Microsoft Intune. Tap on the "Accept" button to continue.

Your device will then be enrolled in Microsoft Intune and you will be able to access your organization's resources and apps through the app.

1. First, open the Google Play on your Android device and search for the Intune Company Portal.
2. Once you have found the app, tap on the "Install" button to download and install it on your device.
3. After the app has been installed, open it and sign in with your Microsoft account.
4. Once you are signed in, you will be asked to enroll your device in Microsoft Intune. Tap on the "Enroll" button to continue.
5. Next, you will be asked to enter your corporate email address. Enter the email address provided by your organization and tap on the "Sign in" button.

MeetingRoomApp Remote Install Configuration

Now you can assign your own group or select all devices and all users (as shown below)

1. Go to <a href="https://endpoint.microsoft.com/#home" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Endpoint Manager Portal</a>
2. Click on Apps
3. Click on All Apps
4. Click on Add
5. Select Managed Google Play app
6. Click on Select
7. Search for MeetingRoomApp Booking System
8. Click on Approve 
 
 
9. Click on Approve 
 
 
 
10. Click on Done 
 
 
11. Go to Apps
12. Select Android
13. Click on MeetingRoomApp - Booking System
14. Select Properties
15. Click on Edit Assignments 
 
 
16. Now you can assign your own group or select all devices and all users (as shown below) 
 
 
17. Click on Review + save
18. Click on Save

Select a device you want to install the MeetingRoomApp 

MeetingRoomApp will be installed on your device

1. Go to <a href="https://endpoint.microsoft.com/#home" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Endpoint Manager Portal</a>
2. Click on Devices
3. Click on Android devices
4. Select a device you want to install the MeetingRoomApp 
5. Click on Sync
6. MeetingRoomApp will be installed on your device
